In response to your question, the Expert will share a video reply and may also include a written response and/or an attachment as appropriate.

Experts will respond to your questions in seven days or less. If your question isn’t answered within seven days, your request will be automatically refunded. You can view your receipt anytime from within your Hey Hero Inbox.

The cost of a reply is set individually by each Expert in the Hey Hero Marketplace—meaning your price will vary depending on who you select. The price is shown at the time of booking, but if your question requires special attention, the Expert may send you an updated price. If you do not reply to the updated price, your request will automatically expire and refund at the end of 7 days.

Our Experts do their best to answer every request within the scope of their expertise/comfort. However, all Experts have the option to accept or decline questions they receive. If your request is not fulfilled within 7 business days, it will automatically expire.

You can edit or cancel requests anytime before the Expert responds. Simply log into your Hey Hero profile, visit your inbox, find the request in your order history, and select "Edit" or "Cancel Request" and proceed with your desired action.

You will be charged at the time you make a request. However, if your request is not fulfilled, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
